50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir

 A very fine first nose with delicate notes of mandarins followed by developing notes of brioche. This champagne displays great finesse and longevity in the mouth.

Perfect on its own, or pair with brie for a starter or a fish main

70% White Grenache, 20% Clairette, 10% Ugni Blanc

Silver colour with subtle golden reflections. The palate is fresh and balanced, yellow fruits and pineapple, followed by notes of honey apricot.

Enjoy with aperitif, salads or chargrilled fish. 

 100% chardonnay

An ample and delicate wine with notes of citrus fruits, pear tinged with a few touches of butter and hazelnut.  

Perfect to accompany a pikeperch or oven baked trout, poultry  with cream and mushrooms or  scallops. 

 100% Shiraz 

A wine with a rich nose packed with beautiful notes of black fruits mixed with notes of violets and spices. 

Savoury and a fresh acidity yet velvety on the palette and balanced mouth marked with ripe red fruits. 

Supple and elegant tannins provide a long finish. It will work wonderfully with chicken tikka masala or duck filet with honey.

 100% Gamay noir  

This Morgon wine carries the Gamay profile being 'racy' in French terms. 

Notes of floral scents of iris and peony mingle with aromas of blackberries and white pepper. 

Enjoy with grilled meats, poultry or cheese platter.
