At the southern edge of the Dentelles de Montmirail, Domaine Les Sibu unfolds - a family estate whose story began in the 1930s and now flourishes across 26 to 27 hectares in the esteemed Côtes-du-Rhône Villages of Sablet, Séguret, Gigondas, and Vacqueyras.
The estate's name - “Sibu” - echoes a cherished family nickname and reflects the legacy of patience and respect passed down through generations. In 2015, Loïc Alazard, after years of study and international winery experiences, bottled the first Domaine Les Sibu wines, stepping beyond the local cooperative’s role. By 2017, the estate had its own cellar, and by 2023, it had earned full organic certification, marking a milestone in its commitment to nature.
Here, a diverse cast of grape varieties including Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Cinsault, and Clairette, grow across complex soils. Every step, from hand-harvesting to careful macerations, reflects minimal intervention philosophies and a tender, thoughtful respect for the vine and terroir.
Loïc’s wines—rich, balanced, vibrant—have already gained acclaim amongst critics, whilst enthusiasts note their freshness and irresistible appeal.
Domaine Les Sibu is more than a vineyard—it’s a heartfelt dialogue between heritage and innovation, a tribute to the land, and a celebration of everyday joy in every bottle.

The vineyards span 50 hectares across an array of celebrated appellations: Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Sablet, Séguret, and Villedieu. Each terroir contributes its own character, offering a spectrum of flavors that make the wines of Domaine Boissan truly unique. This geographical diversity also allows for staggered harvests, ensuring that every grape is picked at its peak.
