100% Chardonnay - oak

An ample and delicate wine with notes of citrus fruits, pear tinged with a few touches of butter and hazelnut. 

Pair with pike-perch in the oven, chicken with cream and morels or scallops. Enjoy this wine young or opt to keep it. 

100% Chardonnay - no oak

Fresh aromas of exotic fruits particularly papaya.  Powerful and full-bodied with a long syrupy finish the Cuvée 1902 fully expresses the richness of the “Chablisian” terroir.

 Particularly appreciated as an aperitif, the 1902 cuvée enhances dishes delicacies such as scallops, poultry with candied lemons, langoustines and foie gras.

Châteauneuf du Pape 

Grenache 85%, Mourvèdre 10%, Syrah 5%

Complex aromas of stewed red fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry, crushed strawberry) prune jam and notes of almonds.   An expression of garrigue on the palate with a mineral finish and smoky notes.  

 Pair with red meat in sauce, quail, pigeon, duck. 

Côte-Rôtie 

100% Syrah

A supple, fresh and fruity wine with elegant tannins and hints of spice. Delicate notes of black fruits like blackcurrant and blackberry A style showcasing the fruit and the freshness showcasing the finesse of the different parcels.

The ulitmate pairing with juicy roast beef, a grilled steak, or a hearty lamb stew. Bold, earthy flavours of game meats such as venison, pheasant, or duck will also be an excellent match.
